Part of pitch was “ all our new pickups get a Tonneu cover” which test units had. Made the deal, but they needed to get the unit from another dealer. Didn’t have a tonneau cover on it, but sales staff said they would work it out..maybe off another unit in Stock on their lot. Didn’t happen.. Grandson went to get pickup on Monday.. sales team pushed to close that deal w/o cover and did.. several discussions got nowhere.. $500 “their cost”.. good lesson learned — sales people ... Manager should have stepped up and made it good.. More
