That truck lasted me for This is my second Dodge Ram Pickup purchased from Dodge in the past 13 years. The first I purchased a lifetime oil change. That truck lasted me for 12 years and 275,000 miles after which time I sold it privately in good running condition. The friendly treatment I received over a 12 year period from the service dept was appreciated. We all value our time and your crew has always been courteous and prompt in dealing with me. I look forward to another 12 years of oil changes. I believe the past several years of the first 12 years of oil changes were "on the dealer's dime" More

Nothing but issues.. In the time I have had my 2014 2500 Ram Cummins I have had some signigicant issues. First being a caliper bolt that came out while I was working out o In the time I have had my 2014 2500 Ram Cummins I have had some signigicant issues. First being a caliper bolt that came out while I was working out of town 5.5 hours away from medford, after which I discovered that the other bolt was barely threaded in as well. Traveling freeway speeds with a brake caliper barely fastened does not strike me as a good first impression. The response for that was just a replacement bolt. Okay, next was an oil change.. I noticed once I was home that my driveway had oil all over it. When I looked under my truck I discovered every square inch of the front end was covered in oil. After talking to the service tech I was told it was residual oil in a cross member (no cleanup after?). Literally days later I went in for a schedule maintainence for my egr system. Within 24 hours my trucked wreaked of coolant and low coolant light popped up 3 times in 6 miles. Upon taking it back to get looked at I was told yet again it was residual from the service. Still today I occasionally smell coolant (shouldn't it all be gone after over a month??). Now I discover today as I'm about to leave my work that there's still oil dripping. After crawling under my truck I find oil dripping from the pan not a crossmember and that the drain plug is barely finger tight! How was this missed after being there for 2 services so close together?! Needless to say I am less than thrilled and will probably seek service for my vehicle at another business. More

As he was looking for recalls and such he discovered that we had some unused oil changes from Chrysler. Something that previous techs have not done. We appreciate the car buying experience with Lithia Dodge and Steve Seis in particular. The Service Dept has been a challenge. No return calls, when you finally get someone, they won't help because someone else started the process...even if there are notes in the account. More

Always great service, great work, etc. I've been taking my 2014 Jeep W. Unlimitted for about a year. I took it in for an oil change a few days ago. It turned out I needed my differential (front and back) adjusted and the fluid replaced (24000 miles), which raised the total cost to almost $400. About 90 minutes later (good time), it was done. I'm in my 40s and lived all over the world, and when I go to a professional place like this and spend this type of cash and I am a loyal customer, the business usually washes my jeep. Small thing, but makes a big difference to me. No car wash this time. Not sure why. They were really busy. More

Gave me a loner car which was much appreciated and came to my rescue when the battery in the truck went dead after I picked it up the second time. They did a load test on the battery and found it was toast, gave me a good deal on a new battery. I am a very pleased customer. More
