Thank you for bringing my "Rubi" back to life!!! I experienced a mishap with a jump start, and it resulted in a damaged TIPM, battery, and stereo amplifier. The towing company was very apologetic and I experienced a mishap with a jump start, and it resulted in a damaged TIPM, battery, and stereo amplifier. I really like the people working at this dealership I needed to take care of a problem I was having with my heating and air-conditioning system on my 2014 300 S AWD. The service writer asked me to bri I needed to take care of a problem I was having with my heating and air-conditioning system on my 2014 300 S AWD. The service writer asked me to bring it in at 9:30 in the morning. By 2:30 the very same day I get a call, my problem was fixed. In addition, they fixed the call back issue relating to the gear shift selector and updated some software for other systems in my car thereby freeing me from having to come back for the recall. I appreciate their respect for my time. More

Appointment We had our car in for navigation to be installed. Used the shuttle service which was great. The young lady was very nice and an excellent driver. 5 STAR GIVEN BUT NOT EARNED I gave a 5 star because I think your service writer Paul deserves it. On the other hand I believe your service dept is really a 2.5 for service. I called to make an apt for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and could not get through but went to voicemail. 2 days later I got a call back and my apt was set 30 days out because the shop is to busy. I asked for a loaner and was told Lithia does not offer a car. I asked for a call back the day before my apt because it was so far out and was told Lithia does not call to remind you of your appt. When I brought my car in there were 15 cars in front of me with one service writer that was like a chicken with his head cut off running around. When I picked my car up 2 days later I played that same waiting game because they were to busy and when I asked if they wash the cars afterwards I was told Lithia does not do that. OK I understand your so busy that it does not matter to the company. I am putting my car up for sale and buying a car from a company that can fix it promptly when it breaks. Butler Auto Group keeps 80 cars on hand just for service customers and washes the cars afterwards. Paul was a great guy and deserves a Pat on the back but my car is a very important part of my daily life of getting to and from work and the down time if something happens to it because Lithia is to busy and does not think the customer is important enough to provide transportation for those long stays I would be screwed. More
