Appointment for recall service. Made eight phone calls to dealership in attempt to talk to and make appointment to have my recall notice addressed, never received a return call even Made eight phone calls to dealership in attempt to talk to and make appointment to have my recall notice addressed, never received a return call even from message left to general manager. Not pleased with initial service. Once problem was told to operator at dealership I was connected to a live person in service dept. who made my appointment .Greg Janky in service Dept. handled my recall issue very well and in a timely manner.
