T My elderly mother has been waiting four years just to get information about having her car repaired. Yes, you read that correctly—four years. Their communication is extremely poor. They were unable to properly diagnose or fix the problems with the vehicle, and we were repeatedly given misleading information. To make matters worse, they had the car towed without notifying us or getting our approval. As a result, my mother is now stuck with a $1,222 towing bill. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. More
