I have only been here for 2mo and have used Lithia Ford twice now (Body Shop & Tire Service/Replacement). The Body Shop was a somewhat scheduled repair prior to leaving California, in-fact Rhett Sheeder sent an email prior to my move assuring me that I will be taken care of! Aron Anderson was instrumental with providing the level of "Body Shop" repair/support & customer service that Lithia should be proud of! In addition, I recently brought my "2022 Maverick First Edition" in for a complete tire replacement. From Parts to Tire Service desk your personnel were absolutely approachable, friendly & professional. Curt ensured that I was completely taken care of & updated. He ensured that I driven home and picked up in a timely manner. So far, I'm really happy with my knew set of A/T tires!
