I have had my F 150 serviced at Lithia since I purchased it 12 years ago. In that time I have found the staff to be very professional. They make me aware of any issues or needed maintenance when I bring it it 12 years ago. In that time I have found the staff to be very professional. They make me aware of any issues or needed maintenance when I bring it in for oil changes. The work that has been has been of good quality, with Ford parts. Only once has there been a problem with a repair. That issue was taken care of the same day that I notified them about it. I have found that tha cost of the repairs have been less than or equal to other shops where I have priced checked. It is nice to have all my maintenance records in the same place. The staff follows up and lets me know what maintenance is needed each time I go in. This allows me to fit maintenance into my budget. Normally I wait on site for the work to be completed, if the wait is going to be lengthy, the staff will offer to get me a ride home and a return ride when the work is complete. I would recommend Lithia for maintenance and repair. More
