My service advisor Lisa was wonderful and followed through with checking in on me. It was the length of time it took to get my car looked at and fixed that was very frustrating. It was at the shop for 4 full days before it was looked at and then another week to fix it. Also the Shop rate was $50’ to $70 dollars higher than any local Repair shop!
