The sole purpose of this review is to recognize Curt as a quick lane service rep. I’ve not had great experiences with previous service reps at this location and think that customer service with ford is somew quick lane service rep. He is super friendly and approachable, took my concerns seriously, made an appt and got me in within 3 days, then followed up the next day to ensure everything was repaired to my satisfaction. He is the only reason I will continue to get my vehicle serviced at Lithia. Please recognize his great work! More
