The length the service dept. had our car was troublesome. They wanted it 2 days before they looked at it. The original diagnoses to fix the brakes, costing $1,200 did not solve t had our car was troublesome. They wanted it 2 days before they looked at it. The original diagnoses to fix the brakes, costing $1,200 did not solve the problem. The 2nd diagnoses added $1,600 to the bill. It took another 5 days to "complete" the job. We tried to pick up the car, and realized the brakes were not fixed properly, even though we were told it had been test-driven. It took another day to get a part and fix the problem. We were not charged for the 3rd and final attempt. Tyler called us the with the first diagnoses. He did not give daily updates, as promised. He returned our calls to be updated. It appears the Service Dept. is over matched, is not efficient at scheduling, making this a very frustrating experience. More
