This is the second car I have bought from lithia. I have enjoyed it but the oil change process for lifers kind of suck. It use to be 45 minute wait and now it’s 2-3 hours. Great deal and nice service on the tires and wheels, but we got a verbal commitment on locking lug nuts and I had to hound accessories and service for 6 months to get follow through. Felt strongly like we were getting slow walked with the intention of stiffing us. WAS THIS close to calling the GM until my threat of this got Brian in accessories to respond. This was very uncomfortable for me and my 21 yo daughter and should NOT have to happen. Ugg. More

I was very disappointed when I picked my car up. What made me the most upset was that I live in Mountain Home and I had to take it to Boise to be worked on and I couldn’t even make it home the day I What made me the most upset was that I live in Mountain Home and I had to take it to Boise to be worked on and I couldn’t even make it home the day I picked it up because I had 3 low tires and 1 completely flat tire. I called Lisa at Lithia Ford and she told me she couldn’t even send someone to help me and I was on my own. I was very upset about this because July 23,2022 I took my car to my local Les Schwab and had my battery replaced and my tires rotated and balanced. August 1st my car was dropped off with 109404 miles when I picked it up it had 109643. It had an appointment for August 2nd at 9:15. By August 4th I received a text saying my car still hadn’t even went into the shop. The day I picked up my car was August 15th 2022. After I picked up the keys and paid for the service I walk out to my car and it is filthy. My car had a detail inside and out on August 1st 2022. I was overwhelmed with the conditions of my car especially when they said nothing was wrong with it. Clearly, it was working well enough for someone to go joy riding in it. I am a young lady that Lithia Ford felt it was okay to take advantage of. I drove from the dealership to les Schwab and hadn’t left Boise yet my car had about 200 more miles on it, which I have proof because I took a picture of my dash and fueled up my car before I dropped it off at Lithia. Lisa was kind and easy to work at first then when I really needed assistance she was unprofessional and short with me. Telling me there was nothing in the notes so apparently if it isn’t noted it is not her problem. The worst thing about all this is my car and I were mistreated at a place where you expect to be able to trust and receive the best service. More
