Lithia fixed a problem that had been supposedly fixed by another dealership and they did a good job diagnosing and repairing the problem. Mike our service advisor did a great job keeping us informed of the another dealership and they did a good job diagnosing and repairing the problem. My only disappointment was that there was an area on the bumper that was noticeably damaged when it was being put back on the car. It had to go back to be repaired. Mike handled the situation very well and we have our car back. All in all a good dealership, it think just a very busy one. More

Great customer service and super easy to schedule or use the quick service lane. The dealership also provided a fast ride back home and when the car was ready my service provider had a driver pick me up at the quick service lane.
