I started at the parts desk, they said yes Military discount. I was then sent to service desk and no discount was done. Lithia fixed a problem that had been supposedly fixed by another dealership and they did a good job diagnosing and repairing the problem. Mike our service advisor did a great job keeping us informed of the another dealership and they did a good job diagnosing and repairing the problem. Mike our service advisor did a great job keeping us informed of the progress and when our car would be ready to pick up. My only disappointment was that there was an area on the bumper that was noticeably damaged when it was being put back on the car. It had to go back to be repaired. Mike handled the situation very well and we have our car back. All in all a good dealership, it think just a very busy one. More
