Usually I do not have an issue when getting my lifetime oil change. However on this visit I experienced two problems. One, it took 3 hours 45 minutes to get the service completed. I was told up front it wa oil change. However on this visit I experienced two problems. One, it took 3 hours 45 minutes to get the service completed. I was told up front it was going to take -2 hours. * I was the second vehicle in the bay line. Two, my vehicle leaked on the my driveway thereafter. I had no leaks prior. Only positive aspect was the professionalism of Curt apologizing for the long delay. More
