Went in for an oil change at about 7am on a Friday (07/08/22) and there were 8 or 9 vehicles ahead of me. They were unexpectedly short staffed and I was graciously told that it might take as long as 2 (07/08/22) and there were 8 or 9 vehicles ahead of me. They were unexpectedly short staffed and I was graciously told that it might take as long as 2 1/2 hours for them to get it done. Decided to stay anyway. An hour and 15 minutes later they had me ready! Apparently they grabbed anyone on duty that could help and put them to work to take care of their customers in a very timely manner.
