We were not informed that our car would be taken off the lift when asked to change an additional fluid. It caused a huge disruption to the schedule and cause our car to be in the shop for 4 hours for two si lift when asked to change an additional fluid. Service writer was great However, I was promised the car on Tuesday noon which the tech could not meet and then it switched to Wednesday morning then afternoon. Apparently the tech didn’t know he had to reset as it was throwing codes that were unexpected. This seemed a little suspect since all fords have to be reset once service is completed. It sounded like an excuse because he over extended himself or was slow. I understand it takes time to get parts but wish the technician had been more transparent. I could have coordinated on my end better. More

Service was great. I had to wait there 3.5 hours for my oil change but it was my fault for going on a sarturday morning. I should know better!
