I had some brake issues and had to bring it in 2x to find that the rotors were warped. The first time I guess it was only a visual check but I was not told this. The second time they root caused the problem that the rotors were warped. The first time I guess it was only a visual check but I was not told this. The second time they root caused the problem and fixed it. Not sure if this is normal but they drove it 31 miles while in the shop. Seems high. I love the place and will continue to have my service done there but that's why I dropped from 5 stars to 4. More

They were super nice, but my feedback would be a couple things. First, be upfront with how long a service is going to take. If you tell a customer a few hours, it should be that. But when I checked in at 5 hours and they told me they weren’t sure how much longer because they haven’t gotten the delivery yet..that’s something that should have been said upfront. Then when the delivery got there, it was another 2 hours. Seems pretty ridiculous to me. Second piece of feedback, if you’re going to send a text message that says “I’m your service advisor and please send a message if you need anything”, when I text it back, I would expect a response. I got nothing. Don’t use that service if you aren’t going to respond. More

The wait to speak with a service representative was short and the rep answered all my questions well and confidently.
