Got there at 5:15. The service advisor told me not everything was getting Checked, cus they closed at 6 PM, and needed more time, about an hour and 15 minutes. I asked him to let me know what they weren’t checking and he didn’t have answers. He also told me they visually check things. Don’t actually physically check. He just wanted to get out of there. Afterward, he said they did the full service, but I don’t believe him, for the simple fact that he planted the seed, with emphasizing several times in the beginning, that I wouldn’t get a full service. I feel cheated, unsafe, and like the service is meh…. My suggestion, train employees to have pride in thier work. Don’t make a paying customer feel like because they show up 45 minutes before close, they are screwed. I most definitely Feel cheated and unsatisfied. More
