While ultimately they got my service done and tried to make it right, the customer service was poor. They told me it would be 90 minutes from check in to completion and 3 hours later I had to walk around make it right, the customer service was poor. They told me it would be 90 minutes from check in to completion and 3 hours later I had to walk around to the office only to find they hadn't even started my service. During this time I received zero updates or response to my texts after stated completion time asking for an update. That they couldn't explain why is even worse. If they are running behind they need to contact with updates immediately, and if, as they suggested, the delay is people using the quick oil change lanes for major services then those people need to be pulled out of line and moved to the other service bays, not taking up hours in the quick oil change system. Overall very poor service management. They have promised me it will not happen again and we will see at the next oil change whether that is true. More

Quick and easy. My only complaint is that it took 3 months to get a part for a recall on my new vehicle. Very friendly and they try to make it right. We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Lithia. We would highly recommend them! More
