I personally have bought 11 vehicles(15-16 including my direct family) during this time from her. She is always pleasant, well informed and patient as she doesn’t pressure us to buy. When I took my Ford truck in for recall work I was told their shuttle would take me home in 30 mins. After patiently waiting for 45 mins I approached the service writer on the shuttle service. He got clear their shuttle would take me home in 30 mins. After patiently waiting for 45 mins I approached the service writer on the shuttle service. He got clearly upset st me for my reasonable inquiry. While waiting in the lounge an elderly lady to me she experienced the same unprofessional experience. I ended up taking Uber. I don't have a problem waiting but I do have a problem with lack of reasonable respect. Would never return there. Told my hospital colleagues about my dealer experience. Many had similar stories. Stay away from this place. More
