Kim has been amazing for the last 14 years. My family has been buying vehicles from Lithia for almost 14 years. We have been working with Kim Luy from the start. I personally have bought 11 v My family has been buying vehicles from Lithia for almost 14 years. We have been working with Kim Luy from the start. I personally have bought 11 vehicles(15-16 including my direct family) during this time from her. She is always pleasant, well informed and patient as she doesn’t pressure us to buy. When I took my Ford truck in for recall work I was told their shuttle would take me home in 30 mins. After patiently waiting for 45 mins I approached the service writer on the shuttle service. He got clear their shuttle would take me home in 30 mins. After patiently waiting for 45 mins I approached the service writer on the shuttle service. He got clearly upset st me for my reasonable inquiry. While waiting in the lounge an elderly lady to me she experienced the same unprofessional experience. I ended up taking Uber. I don't have a problem waiting but I do have a problem with lack of reasonable respect. Would never return there. Told my hospital colleagues about my dealer experience. Many had similar stories. Stay away from this place. More

Amazing Experience!! I worked with Adam Hulin during a recent vehicle purchase with Lithia Ford. I live out of state so I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle this way, but I worked with Adam Hulin during a recent vehicle purchase with Lithia Ford. I live out of state so I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle this way, but Adam made the process super easy and was awesome work with. Adam even picked me up from the airport the day I arrived in Boise to pickup my car. In addition, working with Kayla in the Financial Department was a breeze. Definitely consider the lifetime oil change program if you have a Lithia close to your home. Overall it was a fantastic experience and would highly consider Lithia Ford Lincoln Boise if looking for a vehicle. Ask for Adam! More
