We always have a great experience at Lithia in Boise. This visit was somewhat different. Prior arrangements were made and our service advisor was late. Having arraigned a loaner vehicle in advance thi This visit was somewhat different. Prior arrangements were made and our service advisor was late. Having arraigned a loaner vehicle in advance this caused us to wait before we could start taking care of our other tasks. After all serviced were completed and we were driving home we experienced an issue that caused us to return to the dealership. Ultimately wit was determined a complete service was not performed previously. We were assured the service was now done. We drove home and experienced the same issue that caused us concern before. A service bulletin from Ford for year models after our vehicle was found on the steering. Though everyone was friendly we feel we are not made aware of all the facts concerning our vehicle. More
