Anyhow, I went and OMG I had the best time. Ben, our salesperson was most engaging and informative.. He answered all of our questions and never once put any pressure on us to purchase a car while we were there, and yet we knew exactly what we wanted after spending time with him. It was to be my car so I was pretty particular and upon testing out all of the cars and drilling Ben about the differences, he continued to make it easy when we said we had a car we wanted to trade in. I would go back to Lithia again to buy a car because I truly believe they want to make us happy by giving us all of the information we needed and allowing us to make the decision in our own time.
