When I brought my car in for service, (oil change), the folks at the Service desk are very professional, & friendly. True to their word, the price for my service was compatible (actually it was cheaper), than my now "ex" quick lube place. At Lithia Ford, my car gets Genuine Ford Parts, (Oil & Air Filters, recommended Ford Oil, and etc ..).
