Customer care beyond the car sale. I recently purchased a new Odyssey Minivan and in the first few ml months there were two different manufacturers recalls for small parts with in the v I recently purchased a new Odyssey Minivan and in the first few ml months there were two different manufacturers recalls for small parts with in the van. The service team at Lithia were extremely helpful in getting these taken care of for me. I missed one appointment due to a family emergency and they didnt bat an eye. They rescheduled me immediately for a day and time that worked for me. They were busy and working on multiple vehicles when I arrived but had my van done in a very reasonable time. Their waiting room and bathroom was VERY clean and they had snacks and refreshments available, free of charge. Each interaction with Lithia Honda in Medford has made me more of a loyal customer. They have a great product and an exceptional staff to back it up. More
