I went in for a recall on my car. No problem come in and we'll fix it. I get there no one bothered to tell me my car needed to be dropped off for the day. The management the man as soon as you walk in the door to the left was an xxxxxxx. REMINDER that was the manager. My appt. was at 10Am I didn't leave until after 1pm. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody. More

Its really sad that an important department as SERVICES dont give you a good services at all, on June 7 i drove to this dealer because its the only one around this area to try to fix a tire that every morn dont give you a good services at all, on June 7 i drove to this dealer because its the only one around this area to try to fix a tire that every morning i found flat, and because i have a warranty of tire and wheels this is the reason why i go over there, so after 2 and a half hours waiting for my turn a lady in services walk to me and let me know that she really sorry but the machine to take out the tire of the wheel is damage and they will fix it in the next day and if they will need to take out the tire of the wheel and the machine is damage they cant fix the issue with the tire, they didnt look the tire or nothing, i only ask them to put air in the tire and that it, today June 9 i drove back to that dealer to try to fix or reemplace my tire again, after an hour waiting the same lady walk to me and let me know that they CANT fix the tire because the do a visual inspection of the tire and they didnt found a nail or something in the tire, THEY NEVER TOKE OUT THE TIRE OF THE CAR, so i call the company of the insurance because they told me that the insurance dont want to fix the tire, and when i talk with an agent he said to me ( sorry sr but i dont have any phone call from any dealer in your account ) so the bald guy of services never call them, he said he didnt see any nail on the tire so he wont fix the tire, it was my imagination that the tire every morning was flat, inclusive he said in my face that it was the second time they inspect the tire when is a lie, because the first time they never look the tire at all, so when i spoke again with the agent of the insurance i let him know that i will go to fix my tire in any place and if ai have to make a payment they will have to give me back that money and is when he send me to DISCOUNT TIRE. What happened? they found a hole in the tire and they fix it without have to call to the insurance or charge anything to me to pay them, soI JUST WANT TO BE CLEAR THAT THE SERVICES IN THAT DEALER ITS A CRAP, THEY MAKE LOOK LIKE A LIAR BECAUSE THE BALD GUY DIDNT WANT TO TAKE HIS TIME TO TAKE OUT THE TIRE OF THE CAR AND MAKE A GOOD INSPECTION OF THE TIRE, this is not the first time that i have an issue with this dealer in this department ( SERVICES ) ( THE BALD GUY ), its the worst, i worked for 8 yeras in costumer services and service of this guy its the worst, i spend gas driving to there 2 different day and i loose 2 days of work because this guy didnt take his time to do better inspection of the tire, SO LET HIM KNOW THAT THANKS FOR NOTHING FOR MAKE LOOSE MONEY AND MORE IMPORTANT TIME, i hope i dont have to go again to this dealer, inclusive and thinking to change my car to dont have any more bussines to do with this dealer, ( LITHIA HYUNDAI OF ODESSA ) ITS THE NAME OF THE DEALER ON 5000 JOHN BEN SHEPPERD PKWY, ODESSA, TX 79762 PD: i attach the receipt of discount tire, THEY FIX THE TIRE FOR FREE More
