Just bought the car, no sound on radio, have to wait 30 days The salesman I had was horrible, i didn't know he quit, he was cursing at me, the sales manager goes by D didn't tell me anything. I call the day after i purchased my vehicle to explain about the radio and was tols to bring it in, now i have to wait for 30 days to get the radio fixed on a brand new car! I will never buy from or refer anyone to this dealership. Unprofessional salesman, and everything should have been checked to ensure the NEW car they were trying to sale everything worked. Now i have to wait 30 days and be without a vehicle for a few days to get it fixed. More

Excellent Service at Hyundai in Odessa, TX I was in a wreck Nov 6th, my 3rd Santa Fe was declared a total loss. When I get back into town Friday, I am buying my 4th Santa Fe from Odessa Hyundai. 4th Santa Fe since 2008 when I bought my 1st one.... my wife still has her 2013, the 2nd one., My third one I got in 2015 when I traded in my 2008. Now that the 3rd one is totaled.... I am getting a new 2019. I love the Santa Fe's..... and the Service department at Odessa Hyundai is a major factor in sticking with Hyundai. More
