Betsy Lujan was great. . I would go with her again. She listened to us the customer. She went and showed us the SUVs we said we wanted. She wasn't pushy . Fresh way of deali . Fresh way of dealing with car sales person and I really appreciated that. What I wasn't impressed was with the loud pushy finance person. I was just going to leave but my impression of Betsy made me stay. Later we got another finance guy who was professional and friendly . His name is Jacob Ramirez.
