The wait time is to long for them to even run a diagnostic on the vehicle and according to them it is going to be around 3 months for them to get to the vehicle, meantime I don't even get a loaner diagnostic on the vehicle and according to them it is going to be around 3 months for them to get to the vehicle, meantime I don't even get a loaner vehcle. I like the brand new 2023 vehicle I left the lot with, especially given that my car had given out there at the service station and I couldn’t have returned home over 500 miles away; however, I sincerely w especially given that my car had given out there at the service station and I couldn’t have returned home over 500 miles away; however, I sincerely would have appreciated even more if there had been a wider selection from which to choose. The salesman and finance guy were friendly and professional. The amenities and general ambiance were nice. The bathroom was clean and tidy. This is not the first time Lithia has sold me a car and it probably won’t be the last, either. The overall value to me would have been higher had I left with service free for the life of the vehicle and I wish that I had been offered more extras but I guess everyone was eager to go home for the day. I totally appreciate, though, that the dealership was open for business when I needed it most. More
