They do look into the issues I have with my car as they say they will and they take much longer than quoted for maintenance. I thought this past time maybe it was because they were looking into the problem say they will and they take much longer than quoted for maintenance. At that point I had to leave to get my kids from school. It was also frustrating that they can not look into after 12 on Friday or on Saturday, which are the only times I can on a normal work week. It is evident that there is a big lag in communication in this department. More
