I had very good service when I went in today . was out in 1 hr was out in 1 hr More

Sat in the car waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come see what I was there for. No communication on my vehicle. It was pulled into the bay, never lifted in the air for my oil change then pulled out come see what I was there for. No communication on my vehicle. It was pulled into the bay, never lifted in the air for my oil change then pulled out to where I couldn’t see it. I was there over 2 hours. Air filter showed to be replaced on the paper work I was given but when pulling it out, it wasn’t done. I’ve had a part missing on my vehicle since 3 weeks off the lot and they still cannot fix it. Multiple trips to the dealership. Requested to schedule in a date and time for it to be fixed seeing the parts been there and no one notified me. The appointment wasn’t scheduled. I absolutely dread having to go over there for anything service wise! More

The service tech responsible for notifying me about vehicle being ready never called me to pick up so I went to pick up truck 15 minutes before closing time , nobody was in building found keys laying vehicle being ready never called me to pick up so I went to pick up truck 15 minutes before closing time , nobody was in building found keys laying on counter & got them & left. The service was good, as usual, but the guy that had to take the keys and service request was technically ignoring me, after someone told him I was waiting for him.
