Went in on Friday the 20th for an oil change on my Santa Fe and noticed on Monday the 23rd that it was leaking oil. Took my vehicle back today and was told that the oil plug was not tighten correctly so it Fe and noticed on Monday the 23rd that it was leaking oil. Took my vehicle back today and was told that the oil plug was not tighten correctly so it caused oil to leak. Even though they fixed the problem it was an inconvenience but more importantly it could have been worse like ruining my engine. More
My wife called me immediately after leaving stating that she heard a terrible grinding noise under the car. When I met her to inspect the car I found that the plastic cover that has to be removed to access she heard a terrible grinding noise under the car. When I met her to inspect the car I found that the plastic cover that has to be removed to access the oil plug and filter was hanging by one bolt and dragging the ground. 2 bolts were not even fastened. Fortunately she heard it and it did not rip the cover off and cause further damage, only cosmetic damage to the cover. This is very poor service, which I’ve never experienced here before. More

Its been my 2nd or 3rd time getting my oil change or tired replaced. Im so satisfied with the service. Even when there was 1 tech available. The agent came to read the mileage of the car told me to leave the car key inside the car.and later he asked me if I have an extra key since the car is locked. I said I have one key only. . Ask me to pay leave the car key inside the car.and later he asked me if I have an extra key since the car is locked. I said I have one key only. . Ask me to pay 20 to have the car open and bring it for oil change. I did not agree since he was the one who told me to leave the key. It took sometime for someone to open it. More

Don in service was overbearing, trying to sell me on a service that is not part of the Hyundai maintenance plan. He left and Eric was ok. The service was good. After I got home I was going over the ins service that is not part of the Hyundai maintenance plan. He left and Eric was ok. The service was good. After I got home I was going over the inspection sheet, and it said all tire pressures were 35 psi. I was sitting in my car so I clicked over to the tire pressure page on the display. 33, 33, 34, AND 28. Not real bad, but enough for me to realize that they weren't really checked. I called and talked to Brandon, the service manager, just to let him know that his employees were not doing their job and give him a chance to convince me that they would correct the problem, and I might not have included it in my review. Instead I got excuses and an attitude like I didn't know what I was talking about. I came in for an oil change, and got one, a good one as far as I can tell. I, however, didn't appreciate trying to be sold a service I didn't need, and I really didn't appreciate being told everything was good on my inspection and find out it's not. If you want to provide a free inspection, do the inspection. Now I wonder about all the other things on the inspection sheet. Luckily I check things out myself pretty regularly. If I didn't have lifetime oil change I would NOT use Hyundai for my service. More
