Services covered under warranty I went to the KIA of Anchorage to get a "chipped paint" fixed. Elizabeth was on the phone told me to bring the car in & they'll take a look at it. I brought it in, she saw that the passenger side door was chipped, insisted on getting her manager for he could tell me that they don't cover 'chips" in the paint. According to the KIA Warranty, THEY DO COVER "CHIPS" for up to 3 years or 36,000 miles. Then I spoke with someone in sales & they mentioned that they don't do warranty work. "They just sell cars" I guess the thing to do is get ahold of administration of the KIA Corp. if one needs something done under warrant. More
