I took my infinity for its regular service, and sat for 7 hours and was told my car needed a new transmission! Some how the transmission went out while they were working on it. I had to call my daughter to c hours and was told my car needed a new transmission! Some how the transmission went out while they were working on it. I had to call my daughter to come pick me up as I live 35 miles away. Turns out that my car has a very unreliable transmission that goes out easily and Nissan does nothing about it. My car had 127,000 miles on it. I could not be more disappointed with their service. I could not give zero stars, but I would. I like to retell this story any chance I get!! Nissan?? No thank you!
