I was hoping for better. Things were promised at the time of purchase and a month later I did finally get the new windshield that was promised and I am thankful for that. But I only got that because I had to stay on top of them by calling the dealership and texting my salesperson. I’m still waiting on them to do some minor bodywork and smoke bomb the car, maybe next month? I was really hoping not to have to write this review but I believe Lithia really dropped the ball as far as their customer service. I even emailed Adolfo the sales manager expressing my disappointment with the process and he never reached out to me to address my concerns, so after two emails asking me to please write a review this is the one I am forced to write, and I wish this was not the case but it seems once you buy the car and promises are made at the end of the day it’s just empty words. Very disappointed with a $12,000 vehicle purchase, shame on you for putting me in this position. More
