*Salesman: Erik Perez** Ok, let me start by saying I did a lot of research before purchasing this car. I found a car I liked online, the price was great and competitive with ALL the other dealerships I comp a lot of research before purchasing this car. I found a car I liked online, the price was great and competitive with ALL the other dealerships I compared it with. Naturally I thought it was a bait and switch. I am one of those people that hates sales people that are pushy, deceitful and incompetent. I will run for the hills. I was dreading the process of buying a car. So I got pre-qualified through Capital One before showing up to the dealership. I took a chance and wrote on the website that I liked that car and was already pre-approved for the loan. I got a call minutes later from Candy, she slotted is an appointment and we ended up showing up an hour early. A nice gentleman named Erik helped me and told me he was going to pull the car around. When I got there I noticed the ticket price was well over 15k when on the website it was listed around $12,910. I was internally pissed off. But he told me they would honor the online list price. So I felt a little relieved. Buying a car takes some time (test driving and financing) so we were there for about 3 hours. I was very direct about what I wanted and didn’t want any surprise hidden fees and I wanted financing to be locked in with clear conditions and sales price. They understood and they laid out everything included. I read a lot of complaints about the LoJack. I have progressive and there is a discount for that, so it was a wash. So I was ok with that extra cost. I was getting a steal for the car.The whole team stayed with me, my fussy son and husband after hours to make sure I got a car. After all was said and done. I got the $12910 price for a 2018 Hyundai with all the bells and whistles. Apple play and in stellar condition. I needed something standard, not a fancy brand but it’s amazing! I couldn’t believe I found exactly what I wanted. For the price without all the BS. It seems to good to be true. Lol. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone. My advice: Get a pre-qualification for an auto loan if you can. And MAKE SURE you get the prequal for the exact finance amount for accurate terms and rates. Do your homework. And thus far I think this place does live up to its 5 star reviews. Thanks team. More
