Scheduled maintenence I took my car in for it's next scheduled maintenance appointment. was told that it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to finish. I got called 40 m I took my car in for it's next scheduled maintenance appointment. was told that it would take about 45 minutes to an hour to finish. I got called 40 minutes later and the work was already completed. I had purchased some after market windshield wipers and the guys were even going to put them on for me, but were not able to figure out how they went on. They were a little different than they usually deal with.. I took the car over to my uncle who is a mechanic and he had then installed in about 30 seconds. I do appreciate their effort to help me though. More

Leasing the Rogue My son and I went to Lithia Nissan of Clovis to lease a Rogue in early September. We had questions which were answered completely by Matthew Randolph My son and I went to Lithia Nissan of Clovis to lease a Rogue in early September. We had questions which were answered completely by Matthew Randolph. He took the time to show us what was in inventory and to explain the different features of any given Rogue we looked at. I think he gave me good advice on how much I needed to put down to make the payments reasonable. We also worked with R.J. Kirby in finance. He too explained the process of leasing and made it easy to understand. Later, there was a minor paperwork problem, but it was a mechanical matter, and had nothing to do with either Matthew Randolph or R.J. Kirby. Mr. Kirby quickly resolved the problem when we went back. I recommend this dealership to people who might be interested in buying or leasing a vehicle. More
