Never go here! I am more and more dissatisfied with this dealership every time I am in contact with them. I took my car in for a diagnostic in March and received the I am more and more dissatisfied with this dealership every time I am in contact with them. I took my car in for a diagnostic in March and received the worst service possible from Latoya in the service department. The customer service was absolutely horrible. When asking simple questions I was rudely interrupted every time. I don't think that I was even able to complete a sentence. After asking to speak to a manager several times and leaving voice messages, I never received a call back. I then had to call back the Clovis Nissan today to get a copy of paperwork from March. ((I did not have the service needed done at this Nissan simply because of how disappointed I was by Latoya)). When asking if I could obtain the paperwork from that service, I was told that she did not have time to it and that I would have to wait. I would have been fine with this, if she weren't so rude and inconsiderate about it. I then asked Latoya if there was anything else that I needed to write down to make it easier for her to pull up my information, in case the email didn't go through. She proceeded to laugh at me. This was so degrading to hear from a customer service representative. Simply because of this young lady, I will not be returning to this Nissan & will make sure that all of my friends/family & anyone looking to buy/sale etc. will not go to this dealership. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. More
