On able to fix my car I have had a problem with my display and have never been able to see my Clock or my radio display. I’ve had them look at it several times and no one I have had a problem with my display and have never been able to see my Clock or my radio display. I’ve had them look at it several times and no one can figure out what is wrong. Now they’re telling me since my warranty is up, I’ll have to pay $199 to have someone just look at it again and see if they can figure it out. So I just live without ever having a Clock in my car. I I tried to talk to the service manager about it and all he did was argue with me. Horrible attitude. I brought the car in for an oil change they called me and said that there was a nail in the tire and they were going to fix it. But the very next day the tire went completely flat. It was on a Friday and they said there was nothing they could do. And I couldn’t bring it in on Saturday because there wasn’t a manager there to approve a warrantee tire purchaseAnd there is no one else available to be able to make that approval. So I have to wait until Monday and take another day off of work just to take care something that they did wrong again. My visits at Nissan are always frustrating. More

Great customer service at L, disappointed in Nissan warranty Joe was great, I got right in, they diagnosed the problem and called with the solution. Fixed my ac and was done same day!! Great job Joe However, I was disappointed in the so called "bumper to bumper warranty" that Nissan pushes when you buy their truck. I've had other brand vehicles where the warranty covers everything, except maintenance issues. This was not maintenance, it was a manufacturing defect at 49k miles.
