Dropped car off at night before and called next morning at 7 Dropped car off at night before and called next morning, was told they would let me know before preforming work, I called again at 12 and they had no Dropped car off at night before and called next morning, was told they would let me know before preforming work, I called again at 12 and they had not even inspected it yet, said they had 80 cars ahead of me, I talked to the manager who was not reassuring that they would get to me that day. At 5 I got a call about my car, Jason service person was very nice-the manager was not trained in how to speak to an upset person and needs to work on that skill. More
