Made an appointment to test drive. Told sale person I was coming from an hour and half away. She assured me vehicle would be pulled up front and ready to drive. Got there the next morn Told sale person I was coming from an hour and half away. She assured me vehicle would be pulled up front and ready to drive. Got there the next morning and the vehicle was not ready. They MAY have it ready in 3 hours. Price was +$10k markup. Drove to dealer closer to home and walked out with the car I wanted. zero mark uo. Will never do business with Lithia Springs Ford, terrible service. More

I bought my Ford Focus in for 85,000 mile oil change on Monday August 8, 2022. Richard immediately signed in my car for service He greeted me and told me to relax in waiting area until my car was finished. Monday August 8, 2022.
