A great experience from scheduling to receiving a reminder to dropping off and picking it up. Work was great but the service advisor Kwesi Asinia was very professional always checking in on me and q reminder to dropping off and picking it up. Work was great but the service advisor Kwesi Asinia was very professional always checking in on me and quoting another job I asked. He made sure I was dropped off and picked up right away. My name is Malinda Gable, I purchased a car today from there. I wanted to let people know that if they need a car then go to Lithia Springs Ford, ask for Tom Matthews. He was very helpful I honestly had no clue what to buy, and I bugged him for a good week, yet not once did he act like I was the pain that I knew I was being. Tom was very patient, respectful, helpful, he is very knowledgeable and helpful with every question I asked him.
