Bought cars here, and had my 2008 Explorer serviced for 13 years - years out of warranty. Was 5 stars. But last 18 months things have changed, owners, some staff, mechanics remain, some have not. Recently was quoted a job for radiator repair that was 3x the national average - and took the car back and ahd it fixed expertly by a top rated place for 1/3rd the price. I get a premium of 20-30%, but not 200%, Bummed as they were for so long a place you could count on to do good work at fair prices. More

Great people that really have your best interest at heart. They did some serious searching to find the exact car I wanted and under the price I was looking for. I bought my explorer on June 2, 2022 - it is now July 9, 2021 and they are still calling and emailing to check on me to make sure everything is okay with my car and that I am happy with my car. More
