I took my 2024 Ranger in for a recall repair and its first service since buying the truck in February. I was also having trouble with a fog light. I sat n the waiting room for 4 hours. Not once did my first service since buying the truck in February. I was also having trouble with a fog light. I sat n the waiting room for 4 hours. Not once did my service tech come and update me. I finally go out to her stand and she is no where to be found. But, my key and invoice were there. I'm wondering how long my truck had been finished and no one came and got me. Then I was told that the fog light was fine and that the Ranger is equipped with corner lighting. The 2024 Ranger XLT DOES NOT come with corner lighting. Only the Lariat and Raptor models do. You would think the technician would know this. I dont think he even checked the light, just gave me the simplest answer. As if i wouldn't do some research on my own. To top it off they parked my truck along a fence so I had to hoof it down there with all my stuff. The service tech should have A. Had my truck brought around and B. Showed me that the light worked as they claimed. Poor customer service. More
