We had our 2003 Mazda Miata serviced on 4/6/2022 and our appointment at 7:30 am and it wasn't ready until about 2:30 pm. We're not sure whether this happened because of overbooking appointments or what, bu appointment at 7:30 am and it wasn't ready until about 2:30 pm. We're not sure whether this happened because of overbooking appointments or what, but I must say that Richard Smith kept us informed about the status throughout the day. Richard is the "BEST" person that Lithia Springs employs, and we would never give him anything but 5 stars or 5+ stars because he is a true "PROFESSIONAL!", and we keep having him as our service advisor because of his SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! More
