Bought cars here, and had my 2008 Explorer serviced for 13 years - years out of warranty. Was 5 stars. But last 18 months things have changed, owners, some staff, mechanics remain, some have not. But i 13 years - years out of warranty. Was 5 stars. But last 18 months things have changed, owners, some staff, mechanics remain, some have not. But it is not the same and not for the better. Recently was quoted a job for radiator repair that was 3x the national average - and took the car back and ahd it fixed expertly by a top rated place for 1/3rd the price. I get a premium of 20-30%, but not 200%, Bummed as they were for so long a place you could count on to do good work at fair prices. More
