I was pleasantly greeted by service advisors before my service advisor, Kwesi, (Q), was available. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Q arrived walked over to my car, greeted me, took my information and escorted me to the customer waiting area, The area was immaculate and had coffee available. When my car was ready in less than 2 hours, Q came in to escort me to the area to pay for service I had received. He then escorted me to my car. Q is a gentleman. I will always make my appointments via him. This visit was extremely different from my first visit on June 8, 2021 with another uncaring service advisor. I left wondering if I would ever return to the dealership for service, I am glad I decided to return and I will again. Thanks Kwesi (Q) for being such a caring person. I rate you with 5 plus stars.
