Emergency Repairs Two days into a cross-country road-trip in our 97 4-Runner, we experienced a mechanical issue as we were leaving Billings. The on-board computer indicated a misfire in Cylinder 4, but when they got it into the shop the problem (naturally) disappeared. The service manager, Robert, made a call as to his best guess on what was causing the problem, and suggested replacing the fuel injector. They had us back on the road in 3 hours and we were able to complete our trip without any further problems. Many thanks to Robert and his team for diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly so we could complete our trip on schedule! More

He even did a great job of "talking me down" through my inevitable buyer's remorse when I called him the next day. Even after the papers were signed and my new Camry was home in my driveway 120 miles from him, Chris treated me as a valuable customer and wanted to make certain I was happy with my purchase. It was such a great experience compared to what I've had elsewhere that I will urge my friends to make a two hour trip to work with this man.
