Robert found a technician who took it for a test drive and determined the truck was shaking etc because there were pieces of gravel stuck in the nooks and crannies of the front end and in the front tires. They cleaned out all the gravel, test drove the truck again, and then returned it to me after washing it! Robert then handed me the keys. I asked what I owed them because they had a technician on it for around an hour and he said "no charge"! I was astounded. I had driven in without an appointment, had my truck looked at right away by a technician, fixed and washed, and there was no charge!! Robert even kept me informed through the whole process. It doesn't get any better than that. More

Jake proceeded to show us a few vehicles that stirred our interest. I had very strong opinions on the specific details on the truck and Jake found the vehicle that was right for me. The truck was delivered and Jake went over all the details of the function of the vehicle and gave me and my wife a tour of all the department we would have interests in. My residence is Cody, Wy, I don;t own a house, but rent from my daughter. Phone conversation between Max and Marco (CFO of my company, but I am retired), about whether to buy or lease, That was the easy part. Insurance policy in Pennsylvania to be canceled, how to find another in Wyoming who could rush the transaction so that I could drive back to Cody. Problem solved: old insurance carrier worked out something with one in Wyoming, but I listed my daughter and son in law as potential drivers. Search reveals two claims on their insurance. Both, fortunately turned out to be minor parking lot mishaps by shopping carts or rocks, but it took time to locate the guilty parties to explain their mishaps. I returned to Cody, picked up my grandson who was ecstatic with the new car, his own adjustable back seat and window shades, "'like a limousine" he said. My daughter in Pittsburgh was surprised that I could actually buy a car all by myself. She is, I think, jealous of my Hybrid. More
