The car I bought at Lithia was brought in for a scheduled oil change. Cam Littlejohn called me by name, called when the service was finished and had my car, papers and explanation of service ready. The amount of time needed for a typical oil change has drastically improved from the prior five years (2+hours to 38 minutes). Great job!!

I'm sorry that you evidently didn't clearly understand the entire process of diagnostics. If we took the opinion of Non-Toyota Certified Technicians and didn't do the processes that Toyota Motor Company requires us to preform when a vehicle has a problem, things would be simple. There is a cause and effect for everything, for instance, why did my vehicle fail to start today, when in the same conditions it started yesterday? If we would have just changed the battery and didn't look for a cause, I could see your point, however, if we changed your battery and a couple of days from now, you had to have it towed in because it wouldn't start, I'm sure most of America would agree, you'd have a complaint about our incompetence. Again, we apologize for you not understanding our diagnostic process and we will try to perpetuate a clearer understanding of the process moving forward.

I had thought my appointment was on the 8th, when it was actually on the 6th. The people at Lithia Toyota didn't hesitate to still fit me in and service my vehicle in a timely manner. I was so grateful they were able to do this - especially since I was the one who mad the mistake. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!

While visiting Grand Forks from Winnipeg, Canada, we noticed an indicator light come on. Not wanting to continue driving with transmission light on, nor drive on the highway home, I checked in with the service department. I did not have an appointment but the service rep was very helpful!! Polite, courteous, helpful..... I can’t say enough about my trip to this Toyota dealership Fixed the problem and we were able to stay an extra day in Grand Forks Thank you! Thank you!!
