My oil change too an entire work day, almost 8 hours to get my truck back. The second service appointment took just over 4 hours. I had to call for a check up on my vehicle's progress. Why did I have an appointment at 0800 hours if they were not ready to work on my vehicle. The work took 1 hour to complete!!! While I was checking out, I see my bill is way too high. I questioned the bill only to find the bill would had been cheaper if I went to a different Lithia dealership. I never received a quote for the work I needed done. If I known the amount I would have gone to a different dealership. The prices should have been matched at the very least. I suggest your team clears out their trash when they turn a vehicle back over to the customer. I will never come back to this dealership. I am sorry I ever left going to Dodge. More

There was a bit of a wait to get to the service desk, but after that it was smooth sailing. Gave them my name and keys and half an hour later I was done, no charge thanks to Toyota care.
